Change date of birth (urgent!!)

I set up an instagram account for my son a few days ago, and linked it to my account centre...then all my profiles (my personal, and working account) changed the date of birth to my son's, who's a minor!!! I've already removed my son's account out of my account centre, but I still can't change my date of birth (says it's been changed recently so I have to wait, but it doesn't say how long!!) !! now my personal and working accounts are set to be private.... I need to change the date of birth ASAP!! please help!! 🙏🙏
