Changing Ownership of Accounts linked to my Meta Quest 2

My parent has ownership over my Meta Account for my Quest 2 since it was created but we’ve now decided I’m old enough to take full ownership. Initially, the account was made with my parent’s Facebook account but we’ve added a couple account since then. The current connected accounts are:

Parent’s Facebook

Parent’s Instagram

My Instagram

My Meta Account

I want to make it so that the only two accounts that are linked are my instagram and my meta account while the other two stay linked but separately. How do I go about this? Also, I want all the games bought for my VR to stay. What is the easiest way of doing this?
