X.Rage.FR this probably down to yet another meta borkdate. You can wait until a new update is released which may fix it, or try factory resetting the headset which may clear the issue.
Good luck

Which update version? Not everyone gets the same updates at the same time. Also, how are you charging your headset? Are you using any external batteries or different chargers etc? Are you using the original charging cable or something else?
The intermittent flashing of the lenses and the incomplete charging is indicative of a poor USB cable connection. Try disconnecting all cables, unplug the charger, power off your headset, then plug all the cables and charger back in. Leave your headset powered off while charging, at least until you can get it back to 100%. It also helps to have automatic updates disabled so the headset will never wake up while it is charging.
I have a Quest 3 with Elite headstrap battery. The last software update I installed was v78.1030, but the headset says it is still on v78.1027. I usually play seated with the Quest Link cable plugged into the charger and the usb port of the Elite battery. My headset has not had any issues with charging both batteries to 100%. I'm aware, however, that a number of users who have the BOBOVR battery strap or third-party charging cables have been having charging issues since the last few software updates.
