chargeing issues... i think

My head set will not charge fast at all anymore and a white line is going across the screen that gets brighter and brighter im not rlly worried about the line its more about the chargeing. The head set will always say its at low battery and will not go above 6% i even factory resetted it and today i got maybe 5 mins on it while logging in after about 2 hours of charging. I got told to "reboot" it but it dies before i can even get to that screen if there is any ideas out there to help lmk and ill def try it
