Charging problem
My Oculus quest 2 won't charge even though I bought a new charger, first few months it was perfectly fine but then this week, it used to only charge at a certain angle, but now it won't charge at all.

If it was only charging at a particular angle, there seems to be a connection problem. Firstly (and hopefully ) if you're using the same cable, there may be a break inside the cable. If it's a new cable and charger, then it's likely that your USB port is broken and might need to be repaired or replaced.

We have some steps for you try so that we can get you back into the Metaverse as quickly as possible. Can you please:
- Try charging the headset without the facial interface.
- Remove any third party accessories if you are using them.
- Try charging your headset from a different source such as a different plug socket.
If after trying these steps, you still can't charge your headset, please let us know and we'll look further into this for you.
