Check bank account for double payments

I would urge people to check there bank account for double payments or other unauthorised payments

I was recently charged twice for a meta Quest game by Metapay.

Trying to get it sorted is a nightmare.

Don't think much of the customer support for a blatant overcharging issue.been trying for over a week for this to get sorted, do they just not reply to people in the hope that they go away, would urge people to check there bank accounts.

  • Had this too on two games. Any update on the outcome? How did you contact them to resolve? Im trying to find a contact form or email or even a webchat. Any help appreciated.

      I first contacted meta customer support, up to now I have been passed to 3 different people all asking the same questions with no progress.

      they did not reply to any requests for update on progress for almost a week and then passed to someone else, they are probably waiting for me to give up.
