I’ve tried everything to confirm his date of birth, but it must be listed incorrectly on his account. There is no way to change the date of birth as he is under the age of 13 and I’ve tried to get help via the chat bot and it takes me nowhere. How can I update my child’s date of birth so that his account is not suspended and he loses all of his purchases?
we have the same issue and we tried verifying his birhtday and they said it was incorrect. so his account is still suspended so i went and chatted with meta and they sent an appeal but couldnt tell me the birthday on his account either because they are limited on what they can see because of the account being suspended
How were you able to submit an appeal? I couldn’t get past the bot and it says I don’t have a meta quest linked to my account… it was a nightmare. Are they looking into the account and updating the date of birth for you?
i just went on the chat on my pc through my main meta account. They are looking into the suspension . she said after 2 business days they should send us an email about the appeal.

Ive done the same thing with the chat, got an email, waited 4 days and still nothing so I emailed them back and then got the exact same email i got the first time but from a different person. Then I replied to that email and got a response from a different person and they literally just sent me the instructions to the confirm birthdate page.
still havent gotten it resolved. ive gotten the same exact emails . Im starting to get frustrated. im on chat now with someone to see if they can help
