Child Account Disappeared from Family Center

The other day I noticed my 11 year old account disappeared from Family Center. He can still play games etc on his quest however he can no long send or receive messages. I still follow him on Meta but...

I have been dealing with this same thing for weeks. Have you received any help? I've chatted and emailed with Meta, they want birth cert for son and DL for me. It's driving me insane!

I have not even been in touch with Meta their support system is very difficult to get in touch with them. I’m thinking I’ll just make my kid a new account as it seems way easier than dealing with them.
