Same issue here with my 12yo account (was 11yo at the time). Was in a long chat with a rep, issue forwarded to wherever, over a month later still no resolution, but alot of rep's supposedly taking a personal interest in resolving it. uh-huh....keep trying to tell me that. My kid has so much progress made on games and sunk a robot gift cards in to purchased games that I can't just make a new account for him. I did however offer to make one if whatever team could transfer game data. It was ignored. I feel like his account was straight up hacked and not being admitted by meta. If that happened to be the case i would be ridiculously annoyed since i have payment data linked. I could be wrong but they are a tech company! How can they not find a resolution or at least identify the issue.

I email them back daily and get the same bot responses. No progress, no updates and they won’t answer my direct questions. I’m so fed up and my kiddo is devastated. It’s sickening they can’t figure this out. I think they’re just hoping I give up.
