Child email address?
I setup my child’s account for his new quest 3s on Christmas. So far, so good. When he turned 13, he was going through the process of setting up his teen settings. I suppose he entered his screen name incorrectly and associated that with his email address and now we can’t figure out how to access his original screen name that is associated with my account. We still have access to that screen name but have no idea what email is associated with it. Anyone know how to find out the email address for a screen name?
Right 10-12 accounts don't have an own email address.
My guess is that when my son went through that process, it was unclear and he mistyped his screen name, so he ended up associating his email with a different screen name. Now that the month of his birthday has closed, he’s locked out of his screen name and it’s telling us his email is used for another account.
I don't believe, simply changing the username in his profile will connect his new account to his former child account.
I think, the easiest way is .... going through that process again, using another email address with your son's correct username.
