confirm my child's age

Hello 

My child's meta Horizon account is suspended and I need to verify his age in the app. But when I do it says that what I entered does not match the meta info. What can I do? Is it possible to verify his account in another way? Is there any way to get hold of meta support. I have searched in vain for email or similar for support.

I really hope someone can help
