Cpu high and Gpu after update with immersive home

Hello, I need help. After the latest update to v81, when my immersive home switched to the new one, my CPU and GPU are under too much load without Link, about 30-50% CPU utilization in the VR home, and GPU about 60-80%. Because of this, just a minute after starting the headset, I can feel that it has become warm. Without the VR home mode, CPU utilization is about 20-30% and GPU is around 30-40%. It's a bit cooler but you can still feel it with your hand. What should I do? Is this normal? Is anyone else experiencing the same?

(Also, on the day of the update, I downloaded a VPN APK from a website and thought it might be because of that, like a virus. I deleted it, but it didn't help. After that, I did a factory reset, which also didn't help. Even in the headset activation menu, it was noticeably warm, probably around 30-45 degrees.)
