Crashes or locks up

After updates when going into hozion it will crash or lockup most of the time. Also when I try to bring up menu on left wrist will not show up. I have to exit horizon to go to different room. Unable to open couple of panels at same time like before. Before I could see panel different worlds, panel of my apps, panel of profile and friends. 

When I do look at worlds it has world I never been to. Why don't it show my favorite worlds? I want to open hozion world panel and see my spades, run out uno, puzzle.

    If you're experiencing this issue with Horizon Worlds only, we recommend submitting a bug report.

    You can submit a bug report from the Meta Horizon Mobile app by using these steps: 

     

    1. On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
    2. Tap  Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
    3. Scroll down to Support, then tap Report an issue.
    4. Tap Report a problem, then type an explanation where prompted.
    5. Tap Send in the top right.

    However, if this is happening across multiple apps, please send us a DM so that we can take a closer look!
