My sons quest 3s has been working great for a year this morning topped up £20 asked for another £15 went to do it and now it won’t let me for some reason have tried at least 10 times any ideas have topped up with my same account many times before&nbsp;

This could be protections set by either Meta or your bank to prevent fraudulent use of your card.&nbsp;Are you still having issues 2 days later?

Contact support via email, chat or WhatsApp HERE so they can look what's going wrong.
In the meantime, until this is resolved, maybe just buy a digital giftcard , so your son can redeem the code on his wallet. You receive the code normally within a few minutes.....I buy them on Amazon, but i think this applies to all stores that sell digital giftcards.
