The blue mesh in the last image is just your guardian boundary. However, the red hue, three thick dark lines, and purple/cloudy glare are certainly a bad defect in the LCD Assembly of the right eyepiece. You could try Fix my Oculus, but I think they might only accept units sent from within USA. You could maybe try contacting them anyway. On their store, the LCD Assembly for the Quest 3s appears to be "sold out". Maybe you could buy one online from somewhere else and attempt to replace it yourself or maybe a phone repairer might be willing to install it for you if you point them to some YouTube videos like the one I linked to.
Note: possibly you might only need to replace the LCD Screen Panel, if your lenses aren't damaged as well, but I couldn't find any videos on how to replace only the panel rather than the whole assembly.
