Device disabled??
It’s keeps saying my device was disabled because it was reported as lost or stolen but I bought it off Amazon and I tried factory resetting already can sombody help?
What device is that? But I'm sorry to say you've been scammed and sold a stolen headset. Report it to Amazon urgently and request a refund.
There's a scam where people buy new headsets from Meta, and after they get delivered, they claim the headset was lost in the mail and claim a refund. After Meta realizes they have been cheated, they block the stolen device, but the thief then resells the headset to the unsuspecting buyer and makes a profit. There is no way to reactivate a headset once it is blocked by Meta. Even Meta can't unblock it.

Why are you even arguing 🤷♂️. You have a BIG issue now.
Melvinmonk120 OK, you've had it for 6 weeks, was working fine, and then it got blocked. You bought it from Meta through Amazon? I could be wrong but does Meta sell through Amazon? I thought they only sold directly through their own website, but distributors sell through Amazon? OK, either way, if you bought it from a legit seller and suddenly it's blocked, then someone hacked your account and reported it as stolen. Or as steve_40 says you got scammed and the original owner reported it as stolen 6 weeks after it disappeared. That seems unlikely as you wouldn't be able to register it as it was registered to someone else. Something isn't right with your story. Maybe you have confused the timeline.
Meta does sell headsets through Amazon. But I guess it could take a while before Meta gets around to blocking stolen devices, you know how slow Meta are at getting things done. Also, remember this post below, where someone bought a refurbished headset directly from Meta and it still got reported as stolen and blocked!

But if the OP wants to live in denial, it's not our problem. From everything I know about blocked headsets, it is not going to magically unblock itself:
Devices that have been disabled because they were reported lost or stolen cannot be re-enabled by Meta. Please contact the person or retailer you bought the device from for further assistance.
