Device not found
Hello,
I ordered 2 different meta quest 3 and they were supposed to be bundled with walking dead and neither one of them had it. I've tried reaching out through the website but I can't get any help because it's saying "We couldn't find any devices associated with your Meta account." So I can't get any further. It's there a customer service number?
It sometimes takes a few days after the registration until a new device appears on the help pages.
