I got my son a meta quest 3s for Christmas and we never received free code for saints and sinners game once activated . When i try to contact support it keeps saying support isn't available for this device. We have already thrown out the box so unable to get serial number. The serial numbers on my receipt and headset ain't working either. Whole situation is frustrating. Any help is greatly appreciated i just want him to be able to get his free download.
It is extremely unfortunate Stephensx6 Meta should make it clear in big capital letters that you need the serial number on the box. I was lucky that my wife decided to keep the box after I put it out for recycling. Now I have it. Just snipped it off the box and keep it in my Quest case. I think many people are finding themselves in the same situation. As well as the box, the serial number of the full set should be printed on documentation people normally hold onto, like a warranty card.

If you no longer have the original packaging for your Meta Quest 3, there are still several ways to find the serial number.
These methods will help you retrieve the serial number even if the original box is no longer available.
