Disabled account- need help

My Meta account was permanently disabled because I failed to verify my age in the specified time.  Is there any way to undo this? I am happy to verify my age but was working a lot for a few months and missed the email request from Meta.  There is no way to get support once your account is disabled because you cannot log in, so I created this account in order to try and get help.  All of Meta's instructions for support require you to first log in.  Can I please appeal the disabling of my account? The instructions i find online say to g to the link in the email from Meta to request an appeal; however any link in their emails that I click on just take me to a page that indicates my account has been disabled.
