Distorted edge letter and app borders and non-functioning window bars in Navigator V2.3

Unfortunately, after updating to Navigator V2.3, I'm experiencing some extremely annoying graphical glitches, making Navigator text and its menus difficult to read. Furthermore, the ribbon bar under windows often doesn't work, requiring a restart. I tried a factory reset, but the problem occurs randomly. I've changed everything I can adjust, from adaptive brightness to contrast, but it doesn't do anything. The problem occurs both in passthrough and with graphical interfaces. Has anyone had these problems? How did you solve them?
