Dlcs App sharing

It's a disgrace that DLCs or expansion packs can't be shared between family accounts. Buying two Meta Quest 3 units costs 1,100 euros—that's already a lot of money without them blocking you from sharing a 20-euro DLC. They expect you to buy the DLC as many times as the number of headsets you own; it's a joke! I get it if a skin doesn't get shared, but map packs or non-cosmetic content should definitely be included.

  • Hi curiademar 🙂

Although I completely understand your frustration - you're complaining in the wrong place.

The decision if DLCs can be shared is NOT made by Meta, but by the game developer.

DLCs in Walkabout minigolf for example  are shared to all accounts.

So, you need contact the game devs.

One thing, that might help a bit...... when the account that owns the DLC  plays a game - e.g. beat saber - in multiplayer mode together with the other account, the second account can play the DLc songs too.
