But the problem is known. Meta knows about it, too.
I mean... there's probably a reason they developed open/breathable interfaces after some time.😉
In this case, the recommended use of the headset (for exercise) can cause malfunctions. So it doesn't matter if he said he was sweating... maybe it's even better to point out that it's a design flaw.

Maybe show them this thread, there are lot headsets that were replaced because of that issue.
