Great advice from Choleni and fish_whisperer_01. Can I give you some advice for your next headset if you need a replacement. I use 3 different fitness apps so always there's sweat. The vented interfaces only do so much. So, what I do is this. Get some of those silica gel capsules and sachets. The more the merrier ! Keep them in your Meta case. After finishing put your headset in and close it. It will literally dry your headset fully. They will eventually become over saturated so you should change them every few months. You can even use the same ones if you can dry them out in the sun or on a radiator, also the microwave but make sure not to put the plastic capsules in there. I found out about it as I have a collection of automatic watches and living in a humid country, it can be a problem with humidity being sometimes 95%. I started using the sachets in my watch case and used a humidity measure to check. Inside the box the moisture level was 35% compared to outside room humidity of over 80%. I tried it with my Oculus. The headset moisture was measuring at just about 100% when put in the case after workout but within 30 minutes in dropped by half and later more. It really sucks up that liquid. Just make sure your case is zipped fully closed. Sorry for the long explanation .😂 But this really works, and you're not going to have to worry about moisture build up.

Silica gel is a great idea. Just don't try to dry the headset in the sun or in the microwave by mistake; I still remember the user who accidentally put their headset in the washing machine 🤭.
