Hey there BenblackburnYT! Being able to startup your device with no issues should be the standard and we want to help you figure out what's going on with your device. Try removing any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect boot. We also want you to check and make sure there is sufficient battery. Let the device charge for 2 hours, checking to make sure the LED is green and not red. If it's red, it may indicate signs of a battery or charging issue. We look forward to your reply!

I just ended up doing a factory reset and it works perfectly again. Thank you though!

turn off the headset if its not already then hold the power and volume down button until the boot screen appears then use the volume buttons to navigate and select factory reset and then it will just ask you to confirm you want to reset and then you are set
