If your Meta Quest won't let you join calls, common solutions include ensuring both the headset and the companion mobile app are updated, uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app, restarting your headset, and checking your Wi-Fi connection and settings to make sure both your phone and the headset are on the same network.
