"Error performing query" on Quest 3 when trying to purchase in Store
I already tried factory resetting but it does not work. Please help. I am having this issue since 2 weeks already!

- Are you receiving this error when making a purchase on both your Meta Quest mobile app and headset?
- Are you receiving this error when making this purchase from the online webstore here? (Be sure to log into your account in the upper right-hand corner.)
- Have you ever been able to make a purchase in the store before?
- Is every game giving you this issue? Could you try downloading a free game to check?
- So we don't repeat any, what other troubleshooting steps have you tried?

same problem too but i can buy things in store, but when i try to get quest 3 wrath 2 bundle error showing up can any one help me?

I'm having the same issue using a valid gift card.
I’m having the exact same problem with the exact same bundle… just got mine today let’s me download all my other games but not wrath 2 please help… could you add the games to our accounts since you can probably tell both our accounts have meta quest 3? I’ll look for fixes in the meantime though
Hey, im trying to redeem my gift card I bought, I tried a different network, different devices, and even updated the headset but it still says "error performing query." Does anyone know the solution?
Hi, I know this is late but did you ever find out the solution? I am having the same problem
I had a problem where I used a supernatural 3 month gift card from target and every time I went to plug the code in it said error performing query . I was so upset after a month of trying. Finally I found out my Facebook had a different email then my meta everything that’s connected to meta has to have the same email like if you meta is connected through Facebook. I had to log into Facebook and update my email. The code miraculously worked after that.

Unfortunately, many users are having issues to buy games or to use giftcards currently.
