My issue was magically resolved by itself next morning when I tried again. I did not do anything different. I just thought I would give it a shot the following morning just for the hell of it and sure enough! it went past the page and I am now all set up. Thank you.
Same happened to me. You have to wait for the bank to verify your credit card, which can take up to 3 days. The blurb when signing up makes it pretty clear that your card will be charged 99 cents to validate your ID, which will be reimbursed afterwards.
Thanks. I just tried again and it worked. Just got the Quest 3S yesterday and couldn't get the child account set up until tonight.
