  • It shows that my download is queued for a split second and then it stops

      OK, try attaching your headset to your pc and use the Meta Software update tool, it can often repair issues like this without a factory reset.

      But before you do that check that your wifi is connected properly to your headset and is on the same band as your phone, preferably the 5ghz band if you have it. 

      There is also a possibility that the Meta servers are down, it happens occasionally. Good luck!

    maybe th update didn't go through properly? i just tried it, I can download without issues, so I don't believe it's a general problem of v85.

    You could try the update tool.... maybe this will help

    Also, have you tried stating the download from the phone app?

    Saying all this.......I assume, you already restartet the headset?

    If nothing works, you probably must do  a factory resetπŸ™

  • So basically, that didnt work. Could it be that i just need to wait for a patch or the new version?

      n0ju5g0ft4​  Maybe try updating the Quest by following the steps in the video......

      If it still doesn't work, you should consider a factory reset. Since there is no bug in the version - at least not the one you are describing - there won't be a patch, I guess
