Factory Reset Quest 3, Controllers no longer power on/pair, S/N is invalid on support ticket
I had reset my Meta Quest 3 as it hasn't been connecting to my internet properly and when I did my controllers refused to start during the pairing sequence and refuse to turn on.
When attempting to open a support ticket it asks me for my S/N for my device, I've tried each serial code, ranging from the one on the box, to the one on the strap and the ones inside each controller.
I've tried every way provided in existing support threads on the main page however my controllers simply didn't want to function. With no other way to contact Meta for support I find myself here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I got this a few months ago and had hung it up due to its past connectivity issues, now it's even more of an expensive paperweight than it was before.
