Fake Meta Account

Hi,

 

I really hope I can get some answers, as this has been going on since January and its very stressful. 

Doss anyone know how to report a fake meta horizon account?  I was hacked months ago and I am having no luck keeping my instagram account after verifying through video confirmation, due to the hack that the hackers have set up a fake Meta horizon account with 2FA which i cannot deleted from account centre.  Which means... anytime I get my account back, they just hack straight back into it through this fake meta account.

 

I have screenshot to prove all of this.  How can I get this fake Meta account removed so that I can fully recover my Instagram?  This whole process has been so stressful and im finding that no one is around to help.

    Hi Ki,

    I understand how stressful this must be. The best approach is to report the fake Meta Horizon account via Meta’s official forms and include your screenshots. Once The fake account will be disabled. Then You can easily manage your Instagram account, if you need quicker help, you can try to reach out support team directly resolving this type of issue is very easy, but it can be difficult upon your understanding!
