Family account

Hi, 

I'm trying to add my daughter through family centre however, once I put my card details in and then confirm for Meta to take the £0.99 from my account, it just says 'sorry, something went wrong, we're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can' 

Its frustrating, as I've been trying for a few days and I get the same message.

Any advice would be appreciated

    Same thing happened to me. After waiting about 1 week, my daughter's account magically became activated and I was able to add it to my account on the MetaHorizon app on my phone and also add it to my Quest 3 headset. Just wait a few more days.

    Getting the same thing here. My son was basically logged off midday & we've been getting prompts to add a supervised account or we'll lose all of the purchases (and Quest $) on his account by Oct 29. I've tried all of the things & nothing has worked
