Hi, I'm trying to add my daughter through family centre however, once I put my card details in and then confirm for Meta to take the £0.99 from my account, it just says 'sorry, something went wrong...

Same thing happened to me. After waiting about 1 week, my daughter's account magically became activated and I was able to add it to my account on the MetaHorizon app on my phone and also add it to my Quest 3 headset. Just wait a few more days.
