Family center

I have a time limit set on my metaquest 2 for my child to use and it is not syncing. It always says that no time has been spent when I know it has . It was working for a while but suddenly stopped. I have cleared cash, did not work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, did not work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Make sure your phone and headset are on the same wifi SSID. Make sure you both have bluetooth and location services on. The daily average time spent is calculated weekly, so possibly there wasn't enough data collected.
