Fan not functioning
My Meta Quest 3 has an error has just started appearing saying the fan is not functioning properly, followed by an overheating alert.
It is out of warranty but has had very limited use during it's lifetime, maybe 100 hours tops.
Meta are quoting £224 to replace the entire headset which seems excessive for a fan issue.
Does anyone know of a repair path, or this destined for the bin?
stupidearthling these guys do repairs. the also have tutorial videos on how to fix it tyourself. A phone repair shop should also be able to the work if you show them this video.
