Five nights at Freddy’s

Hello, I would like to request a refund for this game.

Unfortunately, I experienced discomfort (VR sickness) and the game did not work as expected for me. I understand I may have exceeded the standard playtime, but I would really appreciate if you could make an exception.

Thank you.

  • Hi GlacialWren5537 🙂

You need to contact support… maybe they'll make an exception. It probably depends on how much you've exceeded the 2-hour playtime limit.

You can contact Meta support via email, chat or WhatsApp HERE.

In the Library app, find your game. Click the (...) and select "see details". It will open the Store page. Click the (...) near the top right corner. There should be an option to request a refund, but only if you are still entitled to one.

To my understanding,  the "normal" refund option doesn't work anymore because he played longer than 2 hours?

Exactly - the normal refund option saw the playtime, packed its bags, and moved to another dimension. Only the legendary Abnormal Refund remains, and it demands a sacrifice.

  • If you have played longer than 2 hours you won't get refunded by Meta. It would likely be the developer who is Steel Wool Studios, you could try writing to them, their email is on the Horizon app. But if it took you more than 2 hours to realize you were suffering from VR sickness, I don't think that's going to work. With this game, you would know pretty instantly that you can't handle it so why did it take so long? BTW, there is nobody from Meta here to request a refund from. This a user based forum. You can contact them through the link Choleni provided. Good luck.
