FIX THIS PLEASE

I just bought a Meta quest 3, i  live in the uk i tried to add my card details it didnt work, so i bought  a meta gift card instead to try buy a game i put the money on my account with the gift card and now i cant use that money So, i cant use my £40 that i put in my wallet or add payment details.

To fix this I tried to use 3 different devices, 1 other payment method (not paypal i dont have it), I heard a fix to this is to make another account and gift yourself games you want but i just wany MY details on MY account and dont want any hassle!!! Fix this Meta I spent alot of money and i cant even enjoy the Meta Quest 3

    Thank you for the troubleshooting and attempting alternative payment methods. 

     

    The fact that your hitting roadblocks for both card and gift card may suggest we need to have a closer look at your Meta account. Because we will have to ask you for your account information, can you please click on our profile here on the forum, and send us a private message.  There, we will be more than happy to work with you, and investigate this further to get to the bottom of what is happening.
