Floor level too low on Quest 3 and will NOT adjust

Since the update the other day the floor level on our meta quest 3 is too low. I have tried everything. Clearing the previous boundary settings, doing the floor level and creating a new boundary but ...

I also wanted to add it keeps making this like, wire cage boundary, for lack of a better word. We can get that to go away when we do the boundary settings again THAT is another thing we have to keep doing. And this is in every game so it's definately something with the headset.
