Floor level too low on Quest 3 and will NOT adjust

Since the update the other day the floor level on our meta quest 3 is too low. I have tried everything. Clearing the previous boundary settings, doing the floor level and creating a new boundary but ...

No nothing in the room has changed. None of this helped. And no one responds to bug reports. It should not be so hard to get to live customer service.
