We tried all this on both and no matter it would not work. We could get the cage boundary to go away but it would always come right back. We were finally able to just keep clicking and clicking to find someone to chat with and they couldn't fix it either we ended up having to send both of them back. Update just did something to both our heads sets. I hope you are able to get yours fixed. I hate we lost everything
Oh that sucks, I power cycled mine and then went into the privacy settings and cleared the history. In the v81 menu system it was: Privacy & Safety > Device Permissions > Spatial data
I deleted and cleared the options which fixed my issues.
