Forcibly updated to V2.1

Ok so firstly, I don't even want to be here because somehow my Quest 3 is updated to 2.1 even though I have never joined the PTC in my horizons app.

So, the issue with V2.1 I'm having currently is that the controllers go to sleep WAY too fast. It used to take longer so when idle your controllers just don't disappear immediately but now after 3 seconds of inactivity it just disappears until you move it again. While this might seem to be a non-issue, it is immersion breaking in some cases, please revert this behavior to the previous version.

Additionally, why was I even updated to 2.1? Is there a way for me to not be included, I'm having a very bad experience with it currently.

If you are not in PTC, you SHOULD get v85 after a factory reset.....   but since you got updated to v2.1 without being in PTC, there is no garanty it'll work.ðŸĪ·â€â™€ïļ

Hmm tried factory resetting again, seems like it still does not work even with PTC disabled it updates straight to V2.1 for some reason. Tough luck but I appreciate the reply, nonetheless. I don't mind the update really it's just that the controller issue which is 100% because of the update that is really annoying me. I'll send a bug report.

Factory resetting won't revert you back to the old updates. You will only get the stable non-beta firmware after the stable = ptc firmware. This means you need to wait for the official firmware to receive the same update.
