Frustrating Experience with Meta Store Ordering and Support

The Meta Store’s ordering system is deeply flawed. I tried purchasing glasses for my client using seven different credit cards, including a high-limit Sapphire card. All charges were accepted but then cancelled without explanation. The system flagged these as “unusual activity” despite being legitimate purchases. Customer service was unhelpful, offering only generic troubleshooting steps and redirecting me to Ray-Ban, which lacks product support and stock. When I requested escalation to a human manager, I was denied a name or contact and told no one was available. This is unacceptable for a company of Meta’s size. I urge management to address the broken ordering process and lack of human support. This forum was their only suggestion.

  • You’re not alone. I’ve contacted Meta multiple times. Each time I received a copy/paste response from a different agent. Their support is broken and it feels like they’re actively trying to run out the clock on frustrated customers .
