Game purchased but no received

Question

I currently have 4 of my children under my main account so that I can monitor their stuff and gift them games. &nbsp;I have purchased among us 3d for all of them however only one child is unable to access the game…it says under my purchases that all the other purchases were received, however with the last one it just says purchased…as it was gifted directly to the account from the parent account there is no code, etc…I have racked my brain and even just tried buying the game again, which it doesn’t let me do and gives me an error about location…any help would be greatly appreciated.

How old is your child? This game is not recommended for children under 15 in my country (Australia), so maybe you can't gift it due to an age restriction in your country or the app approval setting in the Family Center app?

Also, I think Among Us has voice chat, so make sure you are not blocking multiplayer apps that use voice in Family Center.
The other thing would be to make sure you are logged in to your correct country/region in the Meta Store page.

Have you tried contacting official support? The "chat with customer support" option should get you in touch with a live person.

I’ll have to give that a go thanks, I did some searching and it said after a month of not claiming it should auto-refund or something since the game wasn’t actually accessed but so far it’s been2 and I’m still stuck trying to figure it out

that’s the error given when I attempt to gift the game again. &nbsp;I’ve purchased it for her before, but she’s never been able to download it.&nbsp;
