Geblokkeerd account

 

 

I keep receiving this error message in the app and I'm unable to use Horizon+. I've been trying to resolve this with support for three months now, but it seems like there are no actual humans working there who are capable of solving a problem.

How do I get this fixed?

    Your Wallet has been restricted. Try the live chat with customer support, you should get a real human, but if you think you have a bot, ask them if they are human. If they say no, tell them you want to talk with a human.
