It looks like the email address section is asking for a work/business email account, not a personal account. Maybe enter your personal email in the first field, where it is asking for a serial number OR order number OR email address?

Its a personal mailbox, I just choosed outlook. I expet business mail to have more domain name behind the @. (outlook.something.fr)

Currently Meta have a really hard time with this issue. I may not be the only one to feel an absurdity situation...

Hey, I've just noticed that the serial number on my Quest 3 packaging box is different from the serial number shown in the Meta Horizon app on my phone. The number on the arm of my headset matches the one in the phone app though. Maybe try the number on the original packaging box if you still have it.

I used the the serial number on the headset, and tested with all possibility with

So the headset is unusable as its owned by an organization, I am returning it to the seller, I will ask for a correct replacement hoping that NOT all sold headset are like SO.π‘π‘π‘
