Gift recipient did not claim it, over 30 days have passed and no automatic refund was issued

Hello,

On June 3rd I sent a gift to a friend and they didn't claim it within the 30 days. It's  been several months and not refund was issued. Is it possible to issue a new code? If not, then a refund needs to be processed soon.

    Have you already reached out to support about the missing refund?
    If not, it's probably the best you can do.
