Glitching/Crashing

I have a Quest 2 that I can’t use because it continues to crash. When I turn it on it’ll get passed the loading screen briefly, then turn black and the meta loading screen pops back up. I’m trying to do a factory reset but struggling with it. I tried on the headset but once the menu pops up, as soon as I let go of volume up/power it goes away and goes black again. I tried doing it through the app but even though I’m initially connected to the headset, once I click factory reset, then reset, a message pops up that I’m disconnected. I’ve tried reconnecting and repeating those steps, but it disconnects every time. Does anyone know of any options I have here? Any help would be greatly appreciated
