I bought the Shadow Demon Pack as a gift but it's not showing up in the recipients game.
I've got the payment confirmation and and she's had a notification but it's not showing in GT, it's the latest version, tried resetting it etc.
Does anyone have any idea how to get it to show or how to get a refund and try again?

Normally she should also receive an email with a code to redeem the gift. Did she check her mails?
