Grey screen of death

I was trying to play on my quest 2 today, but when I got on there was only a grey screen. I have tried the normal reset. I have tried opening the Boot menu but it still didn't work. It was working fine yesterday, it isn't a tracking issue. I will Not Factory reset my headset. PLEASE help me,any info on how to solve this issue will be useful.

    Hi ultrabrandon11​ 🙂

    Make sure the proximity sensor isn't blocked by anything...... for example, if you have some silicon cover on your facemask, it might have been slipped and cover the sensor.

    If the sensor isn't blocked, it might be defective.

    Look for a repair service like "fix my Oculus" (if you are in the US) or some other in your country.
