Grey Screen on opening Horizon app on iOS

Hey folks,

I recently got my Quest 3, configured everything using my Pixel and all was well, I ended up getting an iPhone 17 from work for personal use so I’m now using that, my issue is that when I try to open the Horizon app to see the store and all , the screen is a dark grey and never shows anything on the phone (the headset still works just as amazingly as the first day)

latest app version on the store and iOS 26.1 , 

anyone else facing this? Or know how to fix it? 

already tried a reinstall several times, even resetting the phone to factory and configuring again
