Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention, we understand how discouraging this whole situation might feel for you and we wanted to give you a hand. If your Horizon Worlds app can't connect to your account, you can try to log out of all sessions for your Meta account and then attempt to log back in through your headset and the Meta Horizon mobile app. This often resolves connection issues, if it doesn't, you can also try checking your WIFI, ensuring the Meta Horizon app is updated and permissions are correct.If after these steps you're still having issues with your connection, please send us a private message by click on our profile picture or use the following link to get in contact with us:
